CTC has a 100,000 square foot manufacturing facility which includes:

• Cellular manufacturing
• High bay production area
• Raw material warehouse
• Finished goods warehouse
• Six shipping docks
• Injection molding
• 3 Compounding lines with classifiers and metal detection
• A fully LAB certified materials lab (ISO/IEC 17025 Certified)

Press Equipment

• CTC has a total of ten Compression presses that range in tonnage from 500 to 4,000 tons
• Bed sizes from 42” x 52” to 8’ x 12’ foot
• Opening height from 36” to 120”
• Fully automated Injection Presses up to 3000 Tons
• Up to 100 lbs. part capability
• Key cells equipped with in-line compounding capability
